Mike Hart Caught Cheating in Bass Fishing Tournament

In an article posted by Pete Thomas  Grind T.V Mike Hart a successful  Southern California Bass Angler was caught putting Sinkers in the Bass's mouth to make the bass weigh more.On a WON Bass Tour tournament on Lake Mead. Hart has made over $200,000 fishing professionally. Hart did admit to cheating after being caught red handed. WON has declined to pursue criminal charges against Hart.
